Yes, all our items are guaranteed authentic. We offer a full refund on any item purchased from The Attic Place, should you find the item to be otherwise. Find out more here.
All our prices are listed in Singapore dollars. For your convenience, you can quickly convert the amount to your desired currency. Please note however, that this is only meant as a reference and the exact amount charge will depend on the exchange rate imposed by your credit card merchant.
We are highly selective about the items we purchase and generally only sell items which are in good condition. We rate our products as follows:

– New: Absolutely mint condition and has never been used
– Excellent: Pristine condition, with almost no sign of usage.
– Good: Gently used items have minimal signs of soiling, abrasions, stains, scratches or tears, in varying degrees.
– Fair: Occasionally, we may list for sale vintage items that have been well loved and it shows. But we have many customers who love these items the way they are – with character and style.

Definitely. We ensure that all items are lovingly restored to their lustre, to the best of our abilities, prior to sale. Where required, we also send items back to the manufacturer for reconditioning or repairs.
Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions.
Yes, we take photos of each of our items so that you can have a full view of them prior to purchase. We try our best to showcase the product in detail and as true to the original product as possible so that you know what you are buying.
No, we do not charge GST on our products.

We offer our own instalment payment method at checkout for Singapore customers. Pay in 3 equal instalments over 3 months – no interest, no fees, no forms!

If you prefer, or if you want a longer instalment period, you may also arrange your own instalment payment plan directly with your credit card issuer. Approval is at your issuing bank’s discretion and subject to their terms and conditions. Interest and/or fees generally apply. We have compiled a list of the main credit card instalment plans below for your convenience, including instructions on how to apply. Also, let us know if you have a favourite credit card instalment payment method that is not on the list and we’ll be glad to add it!

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping with reputable carrier such as DHL and FedEx. All orders are trackable online. Delivery scheduled is subjected to courier availability

Shipping is free for all orders in Singapore. For worldwide shipping, a shipping fee maybe applied if your total purchase cost is below USD500 or equivalent.
Do drop us an email if you prefer other options and we will be happy to advise accordingly.
For local or overseas delivery depending on the destination country and availability of flights and customs clearance, timing should be within one (1) to three (3) business days or seven (7) business days respectively after payment confirmation. You will receive advice when your item has been shipped and traceable online.
Worldwide shipping does not include any applicable import duty and taxes of the destination country. Non-payment will result in the package being returned to us and the cost of return shipping (outbound and inbound) will be deducted from your refund.

Many factors go into determining the value of the bag. It’s an art as much as a science! It depends on the brand, model, colour, purchase location, condition as well as the current demand of the product. Send us details via email or bring your bag down to our store so that our associates can advise you.
Yes, we do! Consignment will be the best way to secure a higher price for your bags. We are committed to helping you sell your bag as soon as possible.
The typical consignment period is 3 months and we have had a good success rate with our items. However, it is always difficult to advise on an exact timeframe it takes to sell an item. Read about our terms & conditions.
No, we do not charge any transaction fees for consignment.
